I was listening to a presentation on Rails, a Ruby based web framework, given by David Heinemeier Hanson and he mentioned a website he uses called codepaste.org to get feedback on some of the code he writes. For those who are really into code, codepaste.org is a website where people can paste a part of code they are working on, get feedback from others on it, revise their code and continue to get feedback until they are happy with the result.
Right now the majority of code being discussed on codepaste is Ruby code but there are sections for all languages. The website is fairly new but I recommend you check it out and bookmark it. It might come in handy one day not only as a medium where you can discuss your code but a place to find code that you might find useful for one of your projects that has already been put through the ringer.

Similar idea, but instead of helping the poster, they make fun of a third party :)

It’s mean… and there is a lot of nitpicking… but still worth a look once in a while, I’ve learned stuff.
