Advice for Software Development Managers

I have always been more interested in the management of software projects then the act of developing software. When I was studying Software Engineering at Concordia University my favorite professor Dr. Peter Grogono suggested I read “The Secrets of Consulting: A Guide to Giving and Getting Advice Successfully” (Amazon: Canada, US) by Gerald M. Weinberg. I took his adivce, read the book and now Gerald Weinberg is one of my favorite authors.

I came across an interview he did for the AYE Confernece. It is a quick but good read if you ever want to become a manager in the software industry.
